That's basically it - got lots of cutters but haven't got any nice biscuit recipes! and the kids love the cutting out shapes.

Nigella does a fab one!
Butter cut out biscuits in Dom God.

175g soft unsalted butter
200g cater sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extrac
400g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
300g icing sugar and food colourings.

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingrediants and add to wet, mix. Add more flour if really sticky.

Mold into discs and wrap in cling film. Leave in fridge for an hour . Colder dough is better to work with.

Once cut out bake for 8 - 12 mins at gas 4 or 180.

yummy!!
