SPAG BOL - SLOW COOKER - recipe anyone?????

Just chuck everything in, put the onions and other veg at the bottom, you don't even really need to cook anything first, then cook on slow for about 6 hours!

delicious - I turn mine into a chilli by putting a tin of kidney beans in about 30 minutes from the end and turning it up high.

surely The Silver Spoon is a bit weighty to be used a fan? give yerself a black eye more like.

I am not Italian, my spag bol has never seen Italy therefore i do it my way - and it gets eaten.
