DC want less meat. Most of my recipes are accompaniments rather than mains so I'm after something hearty but delicious please. I'd like to showcase the kale but have plenty of other veg too:
I have the usual onion, carrot, swede, cauli, calabrese, green beans, mushrooms, shallots, all the pulses dried or tinned), tomatoes, peppers, lettuce cucumber etc.
Now also a carrier bag of kale which I've only ever substituted for spinach.
I can stick cheddar, Parmesan, feta or eggs in if required but happy to go vegan.
