Teriyaki sauce question

Hi, Dh left the open bottle of Blue Dragon teriyaki sauce in the cupboard last week instead of the fridge (bottle says refrigerate after opening). He is ALWAYS doing this! Drives me mad! Anyway, can I still use the sauce or should I Chuck it? Was going to marinade some salmon for tomorrow

I'd use it

Its full of salt so that'll preserve it out of the fridge

It will be fine.

Phew! Thanks, will go ahead and use it. I may have chucked it if it was summer, but our pantry is fairly cold anyway.
