Best white chocolate for melting

I've never made anything which required melting white chocolate, partly because I'd heard horror stories about how difficult it is to melt. I'd like to try frozen berries with whites choc sauce, made by melting white choc into cream.
I find Aldi milk/dark chocolate as good for cooking with as many more expensive brands, but have only used white solid & chopped up to make cookies.
Please, if you have successfully melted white chocolate, please let me know which brands melt well (equally which ones don't would be useful info too.) Thanks

You need to buy the one made for melting in the baking aisle not the snack/ chocolate one. It should have "baking" or " melting" on the label

Buy cooking white chocolate. Will be in with other baking ingredients

I have had no problems with the Lidl white chocolate worked fine for making ganache
