Reflux friendly foods

My dad is currently self isolating as my sister who he lives with has Covid.
I have bought choc etc for her to leave on the doorstep but what can I get for him to cheer him up?
He is also pre diabetic and GF so he only eats really bland repetitive foods which he hates :(
Does anyone have any ideas?

@Blondie1984 at this point he's so bored of tuna I think he'd try anything. He's always had a real sweet tooth and loves chocolate but that's a big no no and can't eat sugar free sweets because of his teeth.
