Ok can I cook chicken breasts as normal but add some chopped toms on the baking tray?

I am covering the chicken with italian herbs and pesto but would just like a bit of juice so thought I'd add some chopped toms juice and maybe a few toms?

yep, sounds nice.

No reason why not. You could maybe sprinkle in a bit of garlic to the herb and pesto as well

Nice to add some fried onions and black olives (kind of provencale).

I would add them half way through/near the end just to heat up. If you have them in the oven the same length of time as the chicken breasts they are going to dry up & go hard.

thats what I was wondering fireflyfairy! But can I add cold tomatoes to already warm chicken.
Its only gonna be in 25 minutes

I don't think cold tomatoes on warm chicken would make too much difference

How did it taste?

mosschops30 · 17/10/2007 09:12

Oh god it was lush they all loved it
