Brisket recipes

I bought some brisket today as thought it would be nice to have a lovely slow cooked meal, but now have no idea what to do with it tomorrow- any good recipes that anyone wants to share ?

We use the slow cooker , meat , seasoning (a lot of pepper) veg / potatoes as you like .
Turn on and leave for as long as you can .
No recipe sorry it's just put in and let it cook here !

Brown an onion and garlic
Brown the brisket
Put in a casserole dish with a tinof cherry tomatoes, tin of water,
tin of tomato purée, big glass of red and some Italian mixed herbs
Cover and cook for about 3 or 4 hours at 140 serve with spaghetti
