What do you make of this? I'm not a confident cook so like a recipe to tell me exactly what to do.

Sliced courgettes or chunks?
Whole cherry tomatoes or halved?
and the bread? To make proper bread crumbs, I'd need to toast it first wouldn't I? Would you just crumble it with your fingers?

TIA

Slice the courgettes, leave the cherry tomatoes whole. To make breadcrumbs, whizz a slice of bread in a food processor - no need to toast it first. HTH!

I wouldn’t toast the bread as it says it will crisp up in the pan. I just make breadcrumbs by blitzing a slice of bread in the little blender bit of this
Handblender
Looking at the picture I would slice the courgette and cut the cherry toms in half. Looks tasty, enjoy.

I can't believe I didn't think to look at the picture Blush

For breadcrumbs I leave fresh bread out of any wrappings for a while then rub it over a coarse grater.

That sounds delicious! If only my fussy vegetarian child ate any of the veg in it Hmm
