Hoisin chicken stir fry recipes please

I've got a bottle of hoisin sauce which despite being a pretty accomplished cook I've never used before!!!

Any advice on the best way to use it for a chicken and veg based stir fry type dish??

It's amazing with duck - try duck breast strips, pak choi, spring onions and red peppers adding the sauce at the end, service with rice. Or how about chicken, broccoli, peppers, bean sprouts , spring onions, noodles and hoisin.

I make a stir fry sauce .
1 tbs crunchy peanut butter
I tbs vinegar
2 tbs soy sauce
Grated ginger
I tbs dark sugar
1 tbs hoisin sauce

Heat gently in microwave and stir into fried off veg .

@Trumpton by vinegar do you mean rice wine vinegar or normal?

I make this

• hoisin sauce
• massive bunch of spinach
• carrots - peeled into ribbons with the potato peeler
• half a lime
• chillis

Just cook the chicken then sort of mix everything together.

Just bog standard malt vinegar .

Me too. I only have to cook for myself during the week so I eat a lot of stir fry.
