What container do you use with your sous vide?

Husband got me a sous vide for my birthday (one of the ones that clips onto a pot) and I still haven't got round to using it - I was going to last weekend, but I'd planned to use it with my casserole dish which I discovered wasn't deep enough. I'm loath to get a massive plastic water bath which I'll hardly ever use and which will take up space. What container do you use?

We just use a regular pan with tall sides. It's lots of fun! I bought my husband one for Christmas last year and we've cooked some nice things. The fillet steaks were delicious as was the pork tenderloin. We've used it for duck and chicken which was also good. Less successful was the whole joint of beef but that could have been down to the quality of the meat (on special offer!)

I've got a pressure cooker, & planned to use that.
However, when the sous-vide arrived, I realised it only worked with an app, it had no controls. I CBA with that in the kitchen, so I sent it back.
