Sourdough help please

Can anyone help, has this sourdough starter gone bad and if so how do I prevent this from happening? I’ve just taken it out of fridge to feed after a week of not using it.

That pic hasn’t worked very well it’s the streak in it I’m referring to, looks quite dodgy

I think it’s fine - try feeding it and see what happens.

It’s bubbly which means it’s alive and well so if you want to bake- go for it!

Starter is only gone when it has mould on it and/or changes the colour to pink or orange

Thank you all, I wasn’t sure if the streak was maybe the start of mould. I’ll give it a go and maybe start a new starter just in case it doesn’t survive!
