ANother weekend of having the urge to fill the freezer

double batch of leek and potato soup on the hob
crumble just made for summer fruits crumble

popsy you are a fruit cake, who desires to spend all day sunday cooking a sunday roast and then cook enough soup to feed the street.

I've fill mine with pumpkin soup - I made it yesterday with some other mums for a school event today, and there was some left over (even though it was delicious!) and now it's in my freezer.

im doing boiled eggs for tea cos we have nothing in!!

Oh this is a new thing. I have new energy after feeling really poorly for months. I am feeling the pain now though. Also, it means that for Monday and Tuesday, when I work and get in late, it is less hassle.
