I have a recipe for a self saucing lemon sponge pudding that I'm very keen to try. However, the recipe says it feeds 10 people and certainly appears to require a large pan. If I halve the recipe and use a smaller dish to cook it in, do I need to reduce the cooking time? I've never made a sponge like this before so not sure. I'm guessing maybe reduce the time a bit but not halve it?
