Help. Son is intolerant to eggs, dairy, wheat, sesame, pumpkin. He’s 10 and being utterly painful when we try to remove them from his diet. Main meals aren’t too bad to adapt. However he loves a snack (ridiculous amount). Most ‘free from’ items don’t exclude all of these.
Any recipe ideas that actually work please? Bonus points if they don’t include ridiculous ingredients!
Any go to websites / books / bloggers that would be good to look at?
Anything foods that I can buy that ticks all these boxes?
