What can I bake with these ingredients?

Help me out, please, MNers, I'm in a baking mood today!

Here's what I've got:

• butter
• self raising flour
• plain flour
• cornflour
• granulated sugar
• bicarb
• vanilla extract
• cocoa powder
• handful of dried blueberries
• dried apricots

No eggs, unfortunately.

Something relatively easy, please, I'm a novice(!) Oh, and it's just for me, no other mouths to feed

If you have milk, pancakes!

You can sub banana for egg in lots of recipes

Or search for vegan brownie... do you have any choc hanging about?

Biscuits - stick the dried blueberries or apricots in them.

They were tasty, and I'd make them again, just fancied something a bit different this time. If biscuits are my only option with no eggs, though, beggars can't be choosers, I suppose!

Rehydrate the fruit and blitz the sugar for a few seconds in a food processor or grinder to make caster sugar. You then have the ingredients to make a crumble.

Chocolate microwave cake is so easy

Google the recipe but it uses oil and milk instead of eggs. Then you just need flour, sugar and cocoa

You can definitely make baked goods without eggs , there are plenty of recipes online for ww2 styles eggless cakes etc 😁 I wish you luck x
