No, I haven't.

Like you (once), I have a friend with plenty of trees, but I haven't seen them on sale for years.

A note in the Post Office window?

Turkish shops have loads. (Do you get Turks in your neck of the woods, though? We have an excellent local Turkish shop here in the Smoke.)

Yep, you've got a Turkish community

A moral quandary indeed. I'm in the south, and as you say, we have plenty of them.

Contact the local W.I? There may be a Scottish equivalent ..

TheEvilDediderata · 13/10/2007 19:40

Any need for that, MI? We're talking quince, here ..

TheEvilDediderata · 13/10/2007 19:41

Well, pruners, if you give me a week, I'll try to get some for you.

How much do you need, viably?

Habbibu · 13/10/2007 19:46

Pruners, the one and only time I ever bought quinces was in Roots and Fruits on Great Western Road, Glasgow - will you be in that area at any time?
