Swiss roll tin that doesn't warp?

I'm looking for recommendations for a really good Swiss roll/roulade tin. The one I have at the moment tends to bend and warp a fair bit with temperature changes. Also it isn't nonstick, and whatever coating was on it is gradually coming off. Any recommendations?

Try the Delia Smith one. It really shouldn't warp but is made of aluminium which is soft enough to bend back if it does. You can't do that with a steel one. It'll never rust either.

What makes things warp is usually a rapid change in temperature, so don't plunge it in to a sink of water when it is very hot. It is best to put it on a wire rack when it comes out of the oven, or a wooden chopping board rather than on a cold work-surface.

I have some sturdy ones from Waitrose but when they go in the oven they ping and warp slightly, so I'd live to know of any that don't do this.

mermaid are brilliant, they can't go in a dishwasher though.
