use frozen puff pastry. unroll into oblong shape. Cut into squares then triangles. with the longest edge to you, put the block of choc on and roll from the bottom up, gently, and curl in the edges. Egg wash then bake (don't know how long for but my advice would be make a coffee and sit in front of the oven and watch them rise!).
