As long as my area doesn't move up a tier in the next week, I'm having 4 friends over for dinner and drinks for DH's birthday. We can't afford a night in pub and meal so thought at home would be cheaper. Normally if it was just 4 of us I would do a proper sit down meal, but for 6 it might be a bit much. Any ideas on what I could do? Was thinking tapas but after looking at recipes it would probably be cheaper to go out!!! 🙄

Try this Italian Sausage Casserole with Garlic Bread and Gremolata. Tastes great and not difficult. Washed down with some nice red wine. Follow with panacotta and raspberries and/or a cheese board.
