I don't know what I was thinking buying this - one of those "That looks interesting!" impulse purchases from Aldi or Lidl 
The recipes that come with it are all quick-cook things but I have got some beef shin to make a stew.
I'm not sure if that is a good idea though - one of the selling points seems to be that the design means that heat is transferred to the bottom of the pan rather than all-round cooking.
