As a family we have decided to go meat free a few times a week. I make a good veg chilli and roasted veg lasagne but I'm after some more tried and tested recipes! I'm not keen on fake meat so just recipes where the veg is the star of the show. Any ideas?

Thanks, Space.

I've just made a very delicious pizza:

Tesco pizza dough (not as nice as the posher brands, but cheap and fine)
spread with Tesco Finest green pesto
I caramelised some onions and garlic (fired on a low heat for a long time) and then splashed over some good balsamic vinegar and cooked it down
Spread the onions over the pesto
Spread dollops of goats cheese over
Bit of grated parmesan
Cooked and then chucked rocket over to serve

Creamy tomato risotto, mushroom and white wine risotto, veggie pasta or pasta bake, bean chilli, chilli bean soup, mac and cheese. BBC good food is good for veggie recipes.

Thai green curry is easy to do in veggie version...use sweet potatoes and aubergine.
