Tell me your best slow cooker recipes

Hello all
I'm reasonably new to slow cooking. I'm getting a but fed up of the same 3 recipes.
What are your go to slow cooker recipes?
I'd also be interested in any helpful slow cooker recipe websites.

My go to is
tin tomatoes
glass of wine or water
Chopped onion, sliced carrots, celery

Sprinkle mixed herbs.
Leave all day or 5 hours min.
One hour before want to eat add sliced courgette, mushroom & diced red pepper.
If you have time it's best if you fry the pork belly fat side down first for a few mins to get a crispy top (not to cook through).

Beef goulash, beef stew, Spanish chicken, campfire stew, pulled pork. I have also done cakes and puds in mine before too. Slow cooked wonders group on FB has a wealth of recipes

Half leg of lamb, browned and coated in crushed garlic. Add more cloves and rosemary to slow cooker and small whole potatoes. Put lamb on top, add small glass red wine. Found this online and it is so easy and gorgeous. 6 hours should do it.
