De-boning salmon fillets?

One had a bone in it & I want to make sure it’s deboned before I serve it.

Run your fingers over the fillet before you cook it, you will be able to feel any bones in it, just poking up on the surface of the flesh.. Remove them with your fingers or with tweezers.

I did that and got one out. Thank you.

It’s for dh and he was bought up that fish bones are bad so he’s very fussy. I was bought up to get the bone out my mouth with my fingers like a normal person. My mother was a pragmatist.
