I am overloaded with lamb chunks in my freezer and fancy pasta. Anyone have any lamb pasta recipes?

Cook the lamb any way you want and serve it with pasta. There are no rules.

Nigella's Greek Lamb stew is delicous it's in how to be a domestic goddess

We love Jamie Oliver Spring lamb recipe. Lamb slowly cooked then add peas, new potatoes, pesto, basil. We also add diced cherry tomatoes and feta.

You could replace potatoes with pasta, I've done that and was lovely.

Mmm gingercat02. Sounds lush. What about something like this swapping mince for lamb. I have done this with beef and lamb chunks which was lovly and rich. antoniocarlucciofoundation.org/recipe/tagliatelle-with-bolognese-sauce/?cli_action=1601453578.779

I could do a ragu. We did pesto yesterday. Distinct lack of feta messes with the Nigella plan.can you do it without?

I'd hang on to that pasta for now, if it's dried rather than fresh (dyed in the wool pessimist). You might need it if we have another lockdown-plus-panic-buying period coming up.

As for the lamb, I'd make a curry and have it with dhal/a veg dish with potato in it/naan, or with rice (which is of course another store cupboard ingredient, but hey! I'm allowed to be inconsistent).
