Looking for some different simple meal ideas. DH and DD both very fussy, feel like we have same stuff all the time & I am boring myself with the food 🤣 I'll list some stuff we usually have that they like;

Mince & potatoes
Mexican chicken flavour wraps
Chicken curry
Chicken tikka masala
Roast dinner
Spaghetti Bolognese
Pie & beans
Sausage rolls
Oven meal (chicken chargrills, chicken burgers etc)

Fish is an absolute no go. Need some simple ideas that don't take ages to prep & cook.

Thank you

If DH and DD are both fussy, maybe take the meals you already have and make small changes that they might be more agreeable to. So maybe:

Mince and dumplings or mince and onion pie
Beef tacos or burritos
Chickpea curry or vegetable curry
Tandoori chicken
Roast dinner - try a different meat
Spaghetti carbonara or lasagne
Sausage, mash and beans
Toad in the hole

Enchiladas, burritos or tacos are delicious and good fun
Risotto
Gammon with pineapple and parmentier potatoes
Chicken wrapped in Parma ham
Cowboy pie
Jambalaya
Stir fry with chicken or steak
Chilli

Some easy ones I am enjoying lately:
Coconut chickpea curry - this one is really good yupitsvegan.com/easy-coconut-chickpea-curry/
Quesadillas - this recipe is so easy to make lilluna.com/chicken-quesadillas/#wprm-recipe-container-96524
Creamy lemon pasta with greens - veggie or also really nice with bacon added www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/pasta-creamy-greens-lemon
Pulled pork - takes some time to cook but no prep required, just stick it in the slow cooker or oven

We're quite fussy in our house too....pesto chicken pasta is a crowd pleaser though

It's quite meat heavy. Which is fine, but I see why you're getting a bit bored.

Do they like pasta dishes generally because if so, there are a lot of options. The veg and lemon one @Kote posted sounds fab. We do a chunky veg and tomatoes one (sometimes with bacon) - fried onion and small chunks of whatever veg in fridge, add tinned tomato, splash of wine or vinegar, salt, sugar, basil and simmer for 30 minutes.

We also like a sausage pasta - fry chunks of sausage (or sausage mince), add fennel seeds, handful of chopped tomatoes and lemon zest, the 100ml each of wine and milk with a large handful of frozen peas (or baby spinach also works). Simmer for about 5 minutes then stir in large dollop of creme fraiche.

Ditto meatballs with spaghetti or penne always goes down well here.

Different curries? We like a lamb rogan josh (made with pre-made paste but we add cardamom and cinnamon). We also do a thai red curry using butternut and mange tout. I keep meaning to make a thai chicken curry - used to do all the time but not for about 15 years!!! Chickpea curry can be nice too - although DS will eat it, it's not his favourite.

Or switch to stews/casseroles?
