Meatballs!

Evening. Can I have your suggestions for what to do with meatballs other than in a tomato sauce with spaghetti?

Could make more of a Swedish meatball sauce? So creamy, using Sour cream. A change from a tomato based sauce!

In a baguette with salad and mayo?

I made a traybake that was lamb meatballs with potato, veg and a bit of feta crumbled over. That was nice

Oo you could use halloumi too.

I do mine with mash and a sort of red wine, red onion, garlic bacon and redcurrant gravy. It's an adaptation of a hello fresh recipe.

Preferably with roasted tenderstem broccoli as well.

Toad in the Hole using meatballs instead of sausages?
Ooh! And with onion gravy too.

Bake them with kale and a creamy sauce

I have them with a tomato and feta salad and balsamic glaze.

I use them to make 'kebabs' with whatever spare veg I have

I also do them with a stroganoff type sauce (onions, mushrooms, cream, garlic, Madeira) and have with chips

Tessa Kiros Swedish (or maybe Finnish?) meatballs from Falling Cloudberries is bloody amazing, and has become an all time favourite in our house. So quick and easy and goes with just about anything, mash, wedges, brown rice, cous cous, pasta, cauliflower rice. Can't recommend it enough!

I do IKEA style meatballs in gravy. Serve with mash or chips and peas.

As in meat stew with carrots, peas and gravy but replacing the beef chunks with the meatballs, served with mash or rice
With a mushroom sauce, something like beef stroganoff but using meatballs, serve with rice or fettuccine
