I have recently identified that dairy is making me feel unwell so am looking for recommendations for food substitutes please!
Especially looking for recommendations for cheese and chocolate and yogurt!
Also if anyone can advise ways to help my tummy feel better when I've eaten something that makes me feel not good that would be great! (Crampy, bloaty sick feeling tummy and windy Blush)
Thanks!

I really like the vitalite cheese slices, also the Tesco chilli vegan cheese slices. Both make great toasties. Asda free from mozzarella style cheese was excellent for the price, 1.40 for a bag of it grated.
I recommend the Dr Oetker vegan pizza too

You should probably talk to a health professional because you need to determine whether you're reacting to lactose, the main sugar in all animal milks, or to cows' milk protein.
If it's lactose that's the issue you should be fine with lactose free dairy products which taste pretty much the same as regular dairy stuff. If you are reacting to the proteins you'll need to be completely dairy free, and you may possibly react to soya too as the proteins are structurally very similar.
Lactose intolerance is much more common in adults than CMPA - the reverse of the situation in infants - and it typically causes stomach upsets, bloating, diarrhoea etc so it sounds like this could well be your problem. If it is, then you dont need to completely avoid dairy so it's definitely worth getting a definite diagnosis.

When anyone says the word 'delicious' and dairy free in the same sentence then be wary. I've been df for nearly a decade and never found any cheese, chocolate or milk that's actually nice. Some are passable.

Violife epic mature , applewood or follow your heart cheeses are the most flavoursome

Nomo is the best chocolate

Oatly barista is the best milk

(According to me anyway!)
