Your best (ie most potent) hot toddy recipes please

feel rotten - only a hot toddy will help

so, your best recipes would be gratefully received

I've got a non alcoholic one....I also am feeling rotten at the mo with a flu-type thing,and found it helps,(and hopefully speeds up fighting the blasted thing)

It's the juice of an orange(or fr)esh orange juice will do
a squeeze of lemon juice
spoonful of honey
all mixed with a mug of hot water

off to make myself one as we speak.....

warm juiced pear & apple & ginger juice is good

ooh - like the tip about the orange
all that Vitamin C must do me some good

I always make a mixture of fresh ginger, whisky, lemon juice, cloves and honey topped up with boiling water.

I'm hoping the vit c will wipe it out

No never had one. We've only got brandy/rum/vodka/sambucca/tia maria. Can you make one out of them?

Brandy would be fine, although it makes me gag! Mix it with honey, lemon and hot water and get it down you! Cobined with a warm bath and an early night it should do the job.
