surely doing that wouldn't make it wholegrain anyway?

Wholegrain mustard is more like the seeds with vingar or something. I would just make yp a bit of mustard with the powder.

What mustard powder have you got though as English mustard (the only powder one I can think of) is very overpowering compared to wholegrain?
