I think we should always amend classic dishes, nothing new would ever get invented if we hadn't.

It looks good I think, only issue is I am vegetarian!

Repeat we make something my mum called Enchanted Broccoli Forest - pesto on the bottom, Yorkshire batter, broccoli instead of sausages standing up like trees, Parmesan on top. It's great!

My kids love Yorkshire pudding but I never know what to put with it, other than veggie sausages.

I end up making clafoutis instead (not a major hardship!)

I made this for dinner yesterday it was yum! Needed way less fat that in the recipe but other than was really tasty!
