Just had the most amazing toastie. Triple decker, ham, melted cheese and chilli mayo. On seeded bread.
Best toastie filling opinions please?

Banana and raspberry jam in a breville machine so it's sealed into proper triangles and the juice stays in...

Fascinated by the mayo idea... (Wanders off to check the kitchen)

Ham, cheese (extra mature cheddar) with chilli and tomato jam.

On simmering plate of aga, bakoglide under and on top so it doesn't stick to the top of the lid. Two minutes each side.

A cafe in my village does an amazing one - feta, pesto mushroom and oregano.

Ham, cheese and pineapple! It's like a Hawaiian pizza in a toastie Grin

Mincemeat is nice, with some brandy butter. Smile

I'm very partial to a toasty. I love in no particular order a cheese and ham rarebit, leftover chilli or bolognese with cheese, chicken tikka spinach and cheese, pepperoni or salami with jalapeno and cheese, creamy garlic mushrooms and spinach, bacon cheese and bbq sauce, corned beef and onion, tuna and cheese, chicken, pesto, spinach, tomato and mozzarella, chicken and stuffing with gravy for dunking. I really love toasties GrinBlush

Cream cheese, marmite, tomatoes (sundries if feeling like a decadent Dora) and Mushrooms.
No normal cheese.
Delicious and creamy.
