Batch cooking and kitchen renovation ideas?

We are undergoing kitchen renovation over the next 4/5 weeks so very limited access to kitchen. I’m looking for ideas of meals that I can batch cook on Friday. We will have access to a microwave and oven (not sure how much longer for oven). I also have a slow cooker which I plan to use. So far thinking chilli con carne, lasagne, bolognese, chicken curry and beef casserole. Looking for fairly healthy recipes as 31 weeks pregnant! Thanks :)

When I was in your position, I didn’t have a microwave or a hob, so I couldn’t prepare any meals that needed to be reheated in a saucepan like curry or chilli, and I couldn’t cook rice or pasta either.
The best prepared meals were:

Fish pie
Chicken pie
Cottage pie
