Black Angel's Hair with Scallops
14 oz (8 large or 16 small) scallops
6tbsp virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 small chilli
5fl oz dry white wine
2 tbsp chopped fresh parlsey
salt
13oz squid/cuttlefish ink pasta
detach coral and cut white meat into 4 slices, or use small scallops whole. Heat the oil and gently fry the garlic, chilli and white meat, with the corals for 1 minute. Add the wine and parsley and salt to taste.
Mix well with cooked past and serve.
easy peezy lemon squeezy (which would be a nice addition, LOL)
btw, I've never tried squid ink pasta. I hope it's nice
