Poached pears and dark chocolate sauce?
Poach the pears in a light syrup made with a little sugar, pear or apple juice, and water, infused with cinnamon, cloves and cardamom.
Melt dark chocolate and pour over. Mmmmm.

Baked peaches with a sprinkle or demerara and cinnamon.

Make an almond cake (subs half the flour in normal recipe with ground almonds) and serve with baked peaches/ other raw or stewed fruit such as blackberries ect.
