Raspberry Fruit Salad

I'm making a gooey chocolate gateau/cake which will be decorated with raspberries on top. The cake will be served in a bowel as pudding with single cream. I would also like to have a bowl of raspberries and one or two other fruits for those who don't want the cake, or also to add a spoonful with the cake for those who want to combine.

I've googled without much success as to what goes best with raspberries in a fruit salad. I don't think strawberries go that well. I'm wondering about grapes or some other berry.

Any ideas please?

I've just been to the shops and bought raspberries, blueberries and mango. Here's hoping it works!

Raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, kiwi, passion fruit. Or do a berry medley compote.
