Freezable packed lunch ideas

I know it's not to everyone's taste but I'd like to get some sandwiches or filled wraps stashed in the freezer for emergency packed lunches. What fillings work best?

We've done pate, and ham and cheese, in the past but I would prefer to do veggie lunches really.

grated cheddar works, as does cream cheese and banana (butter the bread to stop it going soggy)

Humous freezes well. Fresh veg doesn’t, so I add sun-dried tomato paste to humous sandwiches.
Marmite also freezes well. And so do pickles/chutneys. I add both to grated cheese sandwiches.
I’ve also done the following as emergency lunch-box fillers:
Mini frittatas: realfood.tesco.com/recipes/green-frittata-muffins.html or these www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/toddler-recipe-mini-egg-veg-muffins

Cheese and tomato muffins realfood.tesco.com/recipes/cheese-tomato-and-oat-muffins.html

Cheese and sausage muffins: www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/cheesy-sausage-rolls (could work with Quorn sausages)

Thank you both, and for those recipes @Ricekrispie22
