we have switched mostly to oat milk as a) we like it and b) we want to reduce animal consumption.
(we only eat meat once a week and fish another day, rest vegetarian/vegan meals)
I drink kefir every day, helps me with my gut.
I know that the kefir culture works with coconut milk, but I don't like the taste and texture of the result.
can I use oat milk? would I need to fortify it with oil?
