Soaking the dried fruit and sugar in the tea as we speak. The recipe is for a 2 lb loaf tin and cook for 1 1/4 hrs but I've got two 1 lb tins as I want to give them to friends. Do I need to still cook them for 1 1/4 hrs each as they're in smaller tins please.
Weather in the SE is wet and horrid so a good cooking day I think.
