Chicken, green bean and sweet potato stew

Chicken breast chunks that need using, sweet potato and green beans. Thought I'd do it with stock, onion, herbs (not sure which) and lazy garlic. Would that come out nice or does it need something?

Sounds good to me. Pity I don't have any sweet potato handy, I've got loads of runner beans in the garden.

Sounds nice. I would use onions, garlic and thyme as that combo goes beautifully with chicken, and with sweet potato. Fry it all off, coat with a couple of teaspoons of flour and then add the stock.

I'd eat it, preferably served in giant Yorkshire puds.

Sounds nice but it’s do the sweet potatoes as mash on the side. They might disintegrate in the stew.

The sweet potatoes will disintegrate. Best to do them on the side

Sweet potatoes was off. Looked fine until I cut them open. We had stir fry 🤷🏻‍♀️
