Vegetarian slow cooker recipes

Has anyone got any good ideas or recipes?

Following cos i only got one meal i make.. vegetarian hotpot from BBC good food site which is nice... love to have some more ideas too

I've done the Tomato Pepper and Bean One Pot from the BBC Good Food site in the slow cooker, and also their Spicy Root and Lentil Casserole and Lentil Ragu.

I think most things like that (stews / curried chickpeas / dhals) do fine in a slow cooker so tend to just give it a go :)

Thank you folks! I will be giving these a try, they sound lovely.

We want to increase our veg intake, so will be trying some of these.

There is a coconut spinach and chickpea one on the BBC which is on my list too.

I like some of the recipes on Tinned Tomatoes blog. All veggie, and she has a section just for slow cooker recipes.
