I wouldn't. I think rice can be a bit dodgey if its not heated up properly all the way thru. Make some fresh!

nailpolish · 02/10/2007 16:26

its so annoying!

no. You can't reheat it now.

You could probably add mayo and make rice salad if you use it today (cold)

I only keep rice for day - it's a Well Known Fact that it doesn't last very long.

Can't remember why - my mum told me so it must be true.

nailpolish · 02/10/2007 16:27

how long CAN you keep it for ?

(for future reference)

for future ref, if you make too much and want to keep it it's fine to freeze it.

Rice is one thing that can give you serious food poisoning, worse than most other foods (its the one thing I remember from doing a Basic Food Hygiene course years ago). Thats why a lot of people are ill after takeaways as they usually have rice (Chinese, Indian etc)

-DON'T EAT IT!
