We are trying to cut back on our meat consumption and have introduced more vegetarian meals, but I'm running out of ideas! Does anyone have any great, tasty and not too laborious recipes to suit fussy eaters?
Things DP doesn't like - pulses, mushrooms, aubergine, courgette, peppers, tofu.
Things DS doesn't like - pulses, mushrooms, cabbage/kale.
We like any root veg, eggs, cheese, any grains, spinach, paneer. All like spicy food. I'll eat anything
and I'm a good cook but veggie food without those ingredients is testing my patience!
