Pulled pork juice

We made a good food pulled pork slow cooker recipe on Saturday. Beautiful! The cooking juice is in the fridge and has to go in the bin unless someone can help me to know whether I can do something with it. It's gorgeous. But I have no idea. Can I freeze it today and use it for another slow cooked joint or some other idea? Grin

Ooh I'd make a pork and beans stew out of this. Bet it would be a lovely stock for that.

You can definitely freeze and use for future cooking. Did you put all the bbq flavours in when cooking? If so book down for lovely bbq sauce

I did a cabbage and chorizo soup with mine. No real recipient, just fried some onions and chorizo with a bit of all the veg I had left in the fridge and threw in a tin of tomatoes. Was very tasty.

If it’s covered in a layer of fat, it won’t go off for ages. I keep that stuff all the time.

I use it in risotto, mashed potato, I sauté cabbage in it - sometimes I just drink it while it’s hot.

I just wanted to thank you all for your contributions. Today I did pork steaks with cannelloni beans in the defrosted juice and served with rice. It was delish! Grateful👍🏽👍🏽
