Chicken and Broccoli Bake

Could I please ask for your favourite Chicken and Broccoli bake recipe please. The ones I make seem to seriously lack flavour. I had one that an neighbour made once from a recipe she cut out from a newspaper and it was lovely. Sadly my neighbour has passed away.

My sil makes this one and it's so tasty, yet very basic. It's a favourite here now as well.

A tin of condensed Campbell's soup, mushroom or chicken is the key to hers.

So cook chicken, add to dish, add raw broccoli chopped.

Stir over soup, add two tins milk or until covered, cook for about twenty minutes, stir. Top with ciabatta broken up and grated cheese, cook for another twenty.

She also sometimes does it and makes a cheese sauce like a macaroni type and does as above if no soup.

Really fancy that for tea now.

For four people, I do 350gpasta. Cook for 6 minutes, then add 200gbroccoli, cut into very small pieces,and cook for 5-6 minutes more until the pasta is just cooked. Drain.
Heat 2 tbsp oliveoil, add 350g chopped chicken breasts and fry until lightly browned. Tip in 175g quartered chestnut mushrooms and fry for a minute, then stir in 4 tbsp sundriedtomato paste, 80g Boursin with garlic and herbs and a 284ml carton single cream. Gently simmer, stirring, until the cheese has melted to thicken the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the pasta and broccoli , stirring until coated, then tip into a shallow dish.
Mix a bunch of finely sliced spring onions, 85g grated strong cheddar, 1 finely chopped garlic clove and 50g flaked almonds for the topping and sprinkle over the pasta. Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
