Can I top it with sour cream??

I have left over tub in the fridge and we go away tomorrow!

At around 4:38 mins this lady mixes cheese, egg & sour cream for lasagne so seemingly so.

Sorry I didn't see this!

In the end I just blobbed it on the top layer of white sauce and then mozzarella. We'll see....
