Made a gooseberry and elderflower jelly this morning - followed the recipe exactly but they still haven’t set! Froze them for a bit just now but the top was starting to freeze so have put them back in the fridge... will it set? Won’t be having it for dessert tonight now!
If it won’t set (but hopefully it will?!), is there anything else I can make from it to create a fab dessert?
