Frozen lobster tails circa 2016

I have found two frozen lobster tails 'in a protective ice glaze' in my freezer dated 2016.

Would you eat them?

I'm very gung ho about this kind of thing but in this case, no, I don't think I would. It might be safe but I suspect the quality will have suffered.

I'm quite gung ho too but I agree, think this might be pushing it. Into the bin they go.
