Italian canapes

I'm having a couple of friends over for an hour Saturday before going to the pub!!! We are super rural so the pub should have 7 max on a busy weekend Haha.

Anyway
I said we could have a couple here first and I will provide nibbles
I'm thinking caprese and bruschetta but what 3lse can I serve
I want it mega easy if possible.

Asparagus wrapped in prosciutto/Parma ham or prosciutto/Parma ham & melon skewers

Focaccia (rosemary and salt, yum)
Antipasto - picked stuff and cured meats

I'd probably just do an Antipasto platter of cured meats, cheeses, olives and have bread/crackers there.

Buy Grissini (bread stick) and wrap around each a slice of mortadella or prosciutto. Don't make them hours in advance, but only 30 min or less, as bread stick will become soft and soggy with the mortadella but less so with the prosciutto.
