Easy & quick baby food

I have a 6.5 month old who has started well on purées but I would like to introduce some finger foods/other foods too.

My 5 year old is insanely fussy and I just don't want this one going down the same road!

What is/was your child's favourite weaning food?

I have some thoughts already:

Toast
Egg/banana pancake
Omellate/scrambled eggs
Cucumber/carrot sticks
Cheese slices (but what cheese?)
Fruit pieces? Which fruit?
French toast

What else Smile

Kiwi, grapes, mango fingers, satsuma segments, berries....
Hummus with pitta fingers
Baby corn and sugar snap peas, slices of avocado
Cubes of mild cheddar (or things like cheestrings)
Egg fried rice
Pasta twists with tomato sauce
Squares of pizza / fishcakes / burger
Crumpets

Chicken legs (really)
Strawberries
Apart from blue cheese, nuts and alcohol, pretty much whatever I was making for adults

Soft Yorkshire pudding and torn strips of chicken
New potatoes and chunks of tuna (can come from a tin, but make sure it’s not with saltwater). Tinned salmon too.
Streetcorn fritters
Strips of tortilla wrap
Boiled egg

Mashed parsnip and potato, add carrot if you want. Grate or melt in cheese.
